The Texas A&M College of Agriculture & Life Sciences and the COALS Council are pleased to welcome you to the Spring 2026 AGLS Career Fair. Please mark your calendars and plan to attend the AGLS Career Fair on Thursday, January 29, 2026 at Texas A&M University.

AGLS Career Fair Pricing:

Standard Company Registration: $700.00

Non-profit Registration: $400.00

Priority Registration: $850.00 (Limited Spaces Available)

Registration Deadline: January 16, 2026, at 5 pm.

Refund Policy:

If your company can no longer attend the AGLS Career Fair, please reach out to cancel your registration. The AGLS Career Fair will provide full refunds for registrations canceled until January 16, 2026 at 5 pm. After January 16, 2026, half refunds will be provided for canceled registrations. Cancelations within 24 hours of the event start time will result in no refunds.

Standard Registration AND Non-Profit/TAMU Affiliated for AGLS In-Person Career Fair includes:

• One booth space (including set-up of table, two chairs, internet access)
• Parking Pass for ONE vehicle
• All day access to the Employee Hospitality Lounge
• Refreshments and lunch for TWO representatives*
  • *Additional Representatives are $25/each:
    • If you are bringing more than two representatives, you must register each additional representative to help cover the cost of lunch and refreshments.

Priority registration includes:

• One booth space of your choice on the front row (including set-up of table, two chairs, internet access)
  • If the priority registration option is selected, a member of the AGLS Career Fair team will reach out to you about selecting your space in the front row of booths.
  • The number of priority registrations available is limited, so do not delay in registering.
• Parking Pass for ONE vehicle
• All day access to the Employee Hospitality Lounge
• Refreshments and lunch for TWO representatives*
  • *Additional Representatives are $25/each:
  • If you are bringing more than two representatives, you must register each additional representative to help cover the cost of lunch and refreshments.
