MSC Committee for the Awareness of Mexican-American Culture presents the 38th Annual Student Conference On Latinx Affairs (SCOLA). This conference will offer valuable opportunities for students to network, engage in professional development, and participate in a variety of of other activities. Registration covers entry fees, 1 meal on the first day and 3 meals on the second day, keynote speaker presentations, workshops, facilitated discussions, and conference t-shirts with extra goods.

The 38th SCOLA will be held in the Bethancourt Ballroom in the Memorial Student Center and will begin at 4:00pm on March 27th, and at 8:30am on March 28th.

If you are TAMU (College Station) student, please select the “applying for sponsorship" button to cover your registration fee at checkout. Sponsorships are on a first come, first served basis.
Year round registration for TAMU Students: $90 - October 9, 2025 - March 1, 2026
Group Discount Tickets: Groups of 6+ deal: $70 - October 9, 2025 - March 1, 2026
Late registration: $110 - March 2, 2026 - March 20, 2026
